Out of the loop

It's starting already. People are forgetting me. And I am having a pretty pathetic pity party for myself. Today my day consisted of taking my husband to the train station because he overslept. Apparently the iPhone was having an alarm glitch --true story -- and he woke up late. So we packed the two babies and the teenager in the car. I went across town to take the hubby to the train, went over two streets to drop cards in the Post Office mailbox, went back across town to take the teenager to school, then went home. All this happened before 8 a.m. The rest of the day was completely boring compared to my morning! I remember writing checks. Big checks—for the tree that fell down during the storm and for the shingles that flew off my house during the storm. My life is whizzing by me, and I haven't even done anything lately. Well, except have a baby. And I love to hold her. I just look at her, and I'm in love. And it has to be enough for now. Cause the realization is setting in. I am a stay-at-home mom!
